What are your production times?

Generally, loose printing will ship within 2-4 working days and frames will ship within 10 working days.

Please note around busy seasons such as Christmas, our turnaround times will be longer. Please aim to have your order in with us by the end of November to ensure pre-Christmas delivery. If you have ordered after this date, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.

What are your freight times?

New Zealand: 1-2 Working days

Australia: 2-3 Working days

USA and Canada: 2-3 Working days

UK: 3-4 Working days

If ordering for Christmas delivery, please allow extra time for freight.

What is Fine Art paper?

Our professional, conservation-quality Fine Art stock is a natural white paper with a lightly textured rich matte finish. We only use name brand inks and the finest quality papers for your prints so you can be assured you are getting the best.

What are your frames made of?

We use 100% timber cores with a vaneer coating for consistency. As a standard, our glass option is standard framers glass however if you would like UV70 (filters 70% of UV rays and eliminates reflections) or Conservation glass (filters 99% of UV rays), please contact us.

Please note glass is only available in New Zealand up to A2. Other countries and frames larger than A2 within New Zealand will be supplied with high quality framers acrylic (UV acrylic also available on request).
